Timmy had his first day on the job at age 3 "helping" (ie, getting in the way) as his father paid his way through chiropractic college cleaning storefront windows in St. Louis, Missouri.

In the late 1970's after moving to a small Missouri town called Nixa, Timmy launched his first business in elementary school...as a clandestine sugar dealer. Well, ok, maybe that's a bit of a stretch, but certainly he understood the desire of his classmates for candy and was a willing supplier of the sugar high needed on the playground to empower his classmates with energy to play dodge-ball at a frenzied pace.

As a kid, Timmy was never afraid to work hard and early on, was recruited by his older brother Stephen to work in his yard mowing business running the push mower and doing the edging while his older brother did the "hard" work on the riding lawnmower.

Then fate stepped in.

In a freak accident, the 10-year old Timmy fell from a dog house rooftop, breaking his wrist and ending his glorious career as a free lawn mowing resource for his older brother.

This is where the story of Timmy's first taste of real competition begins: US Presidential election campaigning.

With the guiding hand of Providence, and with a little marketing moxie of Timmy's always entrepreneurial chiropractor father, Timmy met the previous Governor of California, Ronald Reagan, who signed Timmy's broken arm cast, with TV and newspaper cameras capturing the event live as it happened.

This seminal event propelled young Timmy into the spotlight where he was featured in radio and television campaign ads for Ronald Reagan's Presidential campaign.

At 10 years old, young Tim learned just how the "big boys" do it, getting a first-hand taste of TV and radio production in the studios.

Tim's successful campaigning extended to election day where he handed out flyers asking voters to "cast" their vote for Reagan.

The subsequent Presidential victory led to Tim being the youngest person to be awarded the Republican Task Force Medal of Merit, in addition to receiving a personal letter of thanks and friendship from President Reagan himself.

Then Tim's father moved the family to the larger neighboring town of Springfield.

In a calculated attempt to leverage Tim's newly found pseudo-celebrity status, his older brother recruited him for his next mission: All Weather Window Cleaning ... to participate as yet another free labor source for his older brother's business.

Cleaning store-font windows in freezing temperatures gave Tim even greater appreciation for the opportunity to clean windows for homes during the warmer summer months.

In Tim's final year of high school, he was selected to mentor with the cities wealthiest and most well know businessman and philanthropist, John Q. Hammons, in his Public Relations firm where Tim gained even further insight into many of the levers of power that helped propel entrepreneurs to the highest levels of success and notoriety.

Following graduation from high school, in 1988 Tim joined his father and older brother in a move to the Southern California oasis of Palm Springs and launched a window cleaning service to the rich and famous in the area called Dad & Sons Window Cleaning ... where Tim worked 5 years as a free labor source yet again, to help grow the family business.

Together they cleaned the glass for the likes of Frank Sinatra, Ginger rogers and other celebrities of a by-gone era, as well as launching a specialty hard water stain removal cleaning product to local hardware stores.

In 1992 at the age of 23, with the skills he had learned, Tim ventured out onto his own and launched a company called Brite & Clean Windows®, where for the first time, he began to earn a paycheck for all of his hard work.

Then in 1997 while at a glass manufacturing industry trade show exploring new glass technologies, Tim met a new start-up called Diamon-Fusion® that had a patent-pending protective glass coating technology for glass manufacturers.

Although Tim immediately recognized the potential for the disruptive technology to change the glass manufacturing industry, his years of experience of on-site window cleaning led him to believe that there was a massive market of properties that needed the protective coating technology, but couldn't financially justify replacing all of their glass to get it.

Then, good old American ingenuity kicked in and Tim invented a tool to be able to take the Diamon-Fusion® technology from the manufacturing sector into the on-site sector to open the door of opportunity to every window on the planet...not just the newly manufactured ones.

This invention earned Tim a sizable financial windfall, the status of an indefinite technology licensee, supplier and sales representative ...all in addition to becoming a stockholder of the Diamon-Fusion International start-up.

Next, in 2013 within a few years of the passing of Tim's father, he took the hard water stain removal formula his family had sold in local hardware stores and brought it to the national market at Ace Hardware and on Amazon, culminating with being highlighted on the national television morning program on NBC called The TODAY Show.

Tim has continued his journey of entrepreneurship, becoming a licensed Realtor® serving his thousands of residential service company clients.
